January: Visit the museum’s temporary exhibit, Tools to Live By and explore all the ways simple machines are part of daily life.

April 24: A Fine Time to Wine and Dine, a wine tasting fundraiser. Sample the fare of local Sandhill Crane Winery! Find a new favorite beverage and visit with old friends in the beautiful rotunda. Tickets $25, 6:30-8:30 pm, please call 517-543-6999 for reservations.

April 24: See the work of local artist Meredyth “Spud” Jones, whose beautiful drawings of local historic buildings will be on display through the summer.

May 12-26: A Mother’s Day Art Show at CSA. Artwork by students from Charlotte Public Schools will be on display in the courthouse for two weeks. Works will be based on the theme of mothers and families. A reception for the artists will be on May 7.

June 13-15: Celebrate Charlotte! The Capital City Brass Band performs on the lawn and CSA holds an Old Fashioned Ice Cream Social. See www.charlottechamber-mi.org for more information about the festival.

July 12: CSA’s Annual Fundraiser Golf Outing at Centennial Acres. Gather your foursome for this fun scramble event with door prizes, 50-50 raffle and hole in one prize!

August 4-8: Join us for CSA’s History Day Camp!  Kids ages 6-12 get to experience history first hand! A day runs 9 am – 12:30 pm, cost $30/members, $35/non-members.
