The Sheriff's Residence was built in 1873 and was the original Eaton County Jail. It currently houses the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce. Here are some pictures of the renovations during the summer of 2008.

The restoration has been pushed back to Spring 2009 due to the contractor's request.
